Yes I am aware of the 113 or 50% of production, which ever is greater, but surely that has to be over a 12 month period and not an 8 or 9 month period. Some of here have suggested PLL will effectively get 113 in 2023 and then at the start of 2024 begin another 113. I would have thought that if production started on say 1/4/23 then PLL won't start to get their second lot of 113 until 1/4/24. I'm not complaining about the PLL deal as I am fully aware what it is, but I am hoping someone can just clarify for me when the period ends for PLL's first 113 because I am getting mixed messages from different posters.
