However the contract stipulates from the 1ST JULY 2023 PLL are to receive their alloted tonnage. So, in other words all production prior to this date is SYA to sell at auction to the highest bidder and hence why the BOD are a bit COY . Even PLL admit that they will only receive approximately 56000 tons via thier forcasts. Now all production plants will do a PRE PRODUCTION run to iron out any bugs in the system and with all permits close to being received what better time than a PRE XMAS just to wet the appetite and snooker the shorts. This leaves SYA, if they start in January 2023, as per there schedule of Q3 2023 to sell up to 56000 tonnes at auction. and generate early and substantial cash flow. Either which way win win for shareholders.


Now as a LTH from early graphite days in South America and capital raise after after capital raise after capital raise to the BEHEmoth developing in
Canada I am happy to keep topping up at these cheap entry points along the incredible journey that will unfold. Imagine FMG at 35cents or BHP at 57cents before they became house hold names. Dont throw your shares away to the shorters.
