You may feel bent over’ & ‘their bitch’ but I sure as hell never have. I’m here for the long haul and they aren’t. Just a temporary annoyance.
I’m not keen on going against ‘them’ as that would mean selling my precious bundle of SYA goodness in some measure. ‘Aint gonna happen!
Best tactic we can hope for here is more of us (& others) buy in for the long term which I believe I’ve helped contribute to.. I recently sold my SMSF property and put a big chunk into this beautiful thing.. Bugger bricks and mortar when there’s something like this available at these prices !!
