Not having a go at workingdog but there are more punters with SYA interest than at Flemington on Melbourne Cup day, it’s just that are lot have a distinct dislike of heavy going and scratch themselves when there is a bit of softness about. And old trainer friend always called a particular stable worker his fair weathered mate because he always went missing in the doom and gloom of pouring rain.
