It was far more than HC posts that put this clown away. Didn't he have a dozen trading accounts under friends and relatives' names and was driving the SPs of a number of stocks down with the same BS bot bets we experience with SYA on a daily basis?
He was pumping and dumping, trading between his various accounts... putting fake bids in pulling them at the last second... all the stuff instos do really.
So it was blatant market manipulation coupled with the fact he was also on HC etc talking trash and trying to manipulate the market via this avenue too, that landed the bloke a nice long stay in a 6 X 8, just to clarify, and not merely posts he made in a HC forum.
