Agree that something else could be at play. Shorts have hit a relative wall here and risk/reward does not feel like it would be worth it any more...unless more accumulation is occuring than we can discern, with the limited data retail investors have.
Either keeping it range bound for a 'buy in' activity or some sort of last ditch play to be played out soon.
Time will tell and no skin off my nose...If they can see my parcels they know they haven't budged since 2018. Like a vintage red, getting better with age
