I am going to claim being one of the first people to suggest RIO as a possible suitor a couple of months back which quite a few people scoffed at =P
While I still believe this to be true, I am certain it will be by acquisition and not some sort of dilution event.
I'm interested to hear pros vs cons on these two possible outcomes
