So two great counter arguments on a TO I can see from the replies so far:
- Rio and it's baggage around environment etc,
- The Canadian government wanting control
Others around price/valuation and multiples being greater as an independent with RIO as a partner make no sense to me still considering dilution from the partnership and timeframes
