Well all you have to know really is that since January 31st 2021 , the 1% of the holders being the Top 20 has increased their holding in percentage terms 13.1%

And that this increase has come DESPITE the issuance of 4.727 billion shares and that the register is also likely represented by another 14.99% ( virtually 15% ) of another group of shareholders who hold 29.45% of the Company.

You then only have to know from that there is the remainder of holders who represent approximately 85% of the total shareholders , but who are only holding parcels less than 100,000 and therefore hold only 22.36% of the company .....that this would almost certainly be a greater percentage of Retail if you acknowledge the analysis around the average holding balances in the 6,206 category of 100,001 and above ......ie so less than 250,000 shares and therefore holding at best only 25% of the company being held by retail holders at this adjusted average figure.

The conclusion then is that at least a figure more like 77 -78% of the company is being held by influential parcels probably greater than 5 million and upwards of the 20th spot holder sitting on around 22 plus million and that ' True Retail ' is holding as little as only 20% of the company.....and which is still a conveniently pitched at a nicely placed blocking stake if ever required. .......

Maybe someone wants to break this down further though in grabbing these relatively small parcels out before a consolidation is finally proposed.

Think about it though . If they do a 1 for 10 consolidation , the 100,000 parcels and below quickly become less than 10,000 representing only around 187 million shares , but are still small and loose enough to inflict nervous damage to a relatively tightly held SP.

Best thing to do would be to rid the register of this level of shareholder by shorting them into capitulation right ?

Of course this is only ONE theory among many to consider. Because its usually the wealthy and privileged who will ALWAYS be the ones wanting to accumulate more before a consolidation actually occurs.
