It was very bullish on PLL.
Which leaves us at SYA with the inevitable task of achieving a 226kt p/a spod production target. You can be forgiven for thinking that if 113kt from NAL puts PLL in such a position in the NA market, then another 113kt would have significant value, even though PLL will benefit from that product too.
