Just to clear my mind, is it not up to SYA to dictate when PLL receives the contracted amount (within a specified period)?
As an inducement for SYA to prioritise the PLL order, would their not need to be some sought of incentive to do so?
What I am saying, is PLL stand to make considerable profit, (earlier than what they expected from Tesla). As a show of good faith, (with SYA, the company that is likely to become North America’s biggest hard rock producer), some of that windfall needs to be passed on to ensure ongoing co-operation between the partners for when things get really serious.
