On the whole PLL Tesla thing, in my career I've had experience negotiating big contracts, 7 or 8 figured.

My moto that contracts were created for one reason only: to be broken.

Theres a lot of ways to get things down, but in some cases contracts went up and in those cases agreement was only achieved when the party on the other end of the deal was able to demonstrate that the upside was benefiting their suppliers too and not just ending up in their pocket.

So I would not be surprised to hear in the coming days an upside for SYA in this, in fact I'm surprised there has been noting at all from SYA on the renegotiated PLL TESLA deal and if it impacts PLL SYA agreements or not.
