Yep...been discussed a lot but add that one to the list of grey area questions needing clarification.
One thing to remember is NAL has a number of staff now working for SYA who have a long history with NAL, so there's a good chance we will have this plant up and running in good time.
Nothing is guaranteed of course but years of experience and intimate knowledge of the plant operations, local weather and geography, spod characteristics etc should be very valuable at this time of plant start up. IMO
