Most here would agree that Split is not a source of misinformation.

I do question why it is OK for PLL to back out of a deal with TESLA, and then come back to TESLA with a "new and improved deal for PLL"; but you do not believe it is OK for Sayona to act according to the actions of PLL regarding the contract between the Sayona and PLL?

BL stated that PLL and Sayona had a good working relationship at the AGM. And that he saw no concern and did not want to elaborate/backstepped on questions about the agreement when asked by GT3 - therefore it seems that there are deals being made or forces behind the scenes that have not allowed the information to come out yet.

Unti it does, we all question were this agreement stands.
