Piedmont has agreed to deliver approximately 125,000 metric tons of SC6 to Tesla beginning in H2 2023 through the end of 2025 (extract from the PLL press release, 3rd Jan 2023). While the press release mentions SYA and NAL, SYA will not be a party to the Tesla contract..... SYAQ have a contract with PLL only and thats where the SYAQ obligations end.
PLL can do whatever they want with the NAL SC6 (after it has been delivered by SYAQ and accepted by PLL at the agreed delivery point) before they deliver it to their customer.
