To, make any substantial progress to increase EV sales major car companies need to sell cheaper affordable safe and reliable EV's
And, for that to happen the tech involved needs to be cheaper and the manufacturing costs have to come down drastically.
Hence, Li prices are bound to fall...but I do not agree with Goldman.
Economics and interest rates and policy making is going to play a role in that to happen.
Climate change or weather patterns, we can discuss that on a later date. This is market related discussion.
