To help you out a tad……
There has been no decision whether conversion will be to hydroxide or carbonate at the NAL site as yet, PFS pending.
The agreement signed with Investment Quebec by both SYA & PLL is they must move to chemical conversion within 5 years. No if’s, but’s or maybe’s……this is a given.
The agreement you speak of is more likely whether it’s hydroxide or carbonate, not whether it happens.
As far as any other SYA projects go (eg. Moblan, Tansim), SYA can do whatever they like with whoever they like.
