This is a very good point and one that I have thought about.
The plant last operated in 2014, and briefly from 2017-2019. From 2017-19 the plant received no upgrades.
So a period of 8 years has passed. In terms of technological progress, that is a lifetime. The equipment now available is vastly superior to what was available ten years ago.
I foresee that the Fe issue will not be a problem, whatsoever.
