No I think Shavalava ' Ding Dong ' lol makes some very good points regarding ' unforeseen ' steady production issues and /or maintenance which can crop up at anytime. The ' backpedaling ' reference to Lynch has been raised many times as well.

The dead giveaway for me in his ' vague ' responses to Louis was the ' That would be the Plan ' . Well obviously right when you spend a $100 million and call it an ' Upgrade ' , that the plant will perform better.
