It’s quite simple mate, it’s call confidentiality. Under asic disclosure laws, company or person(s) relating to the company can not disclose any information that would expect to have a material effect on a share price. Management want to keep sh in the loop, without breaking the law. As an investor you need to analyse and read between the line.
