Yes - I have seen plenty of people like that over the last 50 years. I've also seen people who are the first to give advice and make a point of sounding like the most successful of multi millionaires - but when you delve deeper you find that they are really on Poor Street. The most expensive harbour side suburb in Sydney has the largest default rate of any suburb, city or town in NSW. (true).
