Lion Town's Kathleen Valley, which is expected to go into production next year is worth ~ $3.5B, while Sayona, which will be in production end of Q1 this year is worth ~ $2.5B. That's a $1B of mispricing by the market, it should be the other way around as Sayona will make cash first
