Li had just finished a cycle whereby it dropped significantly for some reason, that being said most commodities will have these cycles look at Iron Ore, Gold, Silver, Nickel etc and the booms they had afterwards just to mention a few and companies such as FMG went through the roof off the back of these cycles.

Company Directors sit down in their offices with data that these companies have collected that give them a range of scenario's and they would be looking forward not back and if they dont then they probably arent worth a pinch of Salt, this forward looking data gives them a very clear picture of what the likely outcomes would be when the prices rise to certain levels and given Li was at a very low price at the time it was more likely to rise than fall given the huge spike in in electric vehicles being built, not to mention Storage.

Based on the above with the likely huge increases in demand for these commodities and the cycles they had then clearly a couple of blokes like Keith Phillips an Brett Lynch would certainly know that with any increases in Lithuim prices it would significantly enhance their positions, so one would think and its very clear that the Car Salesman KP put together a deal that suited KP and nothing more, yes we got the NAL deal over the line with them but KP has never played the team game even though PLL own 20% of SYA which is potrayed by all his presentations talking down Sayona at every opportunity as if he is still driving the Bus.

If a deal was struck whereby the 900 was for the first year then reverted back to market prices thereafter it would be a good deal and everyone would be in a win win situation, at this point if the deal struck remains the same then its a one way street that only suits one team Piedmont an KP but then again we can always trust a carsaleman carn't we, LOL.

How can a price be capped for 25 years or so at $900.00.
Whatever happen to inflation price increases over that period, were these just forgotten or what?

Why is it no one has just asked this simple question ....... ????????
