Like any merger if it can't be done without reflecting the value of respective contributions from either side it shouldn't happen but combined it would bring all operations under one umbrella ..i prefer SYA as it is but most companies grow by mergers or aquisition if for no other reason thantrying to avoid being swallowed themselves...
