sell to new co @ $900 75% to sayona = 675, 25% to PLL = 225
new co (owned by sayona) sells for 51000 (6000 - 900)
In total SYA recieves 675 + 5100 = 5775/t --- pll receive 225
If we directly sell for 6000 PLL get 1500 and we get 4500
that is the difference
