Of course there will be chemical production within Quebec at some stage!
SYA holders are wishing the offtake is ceased, cancelled or voided with zero consideration for the offtake party.
If the offtake stopped by 2027 the terms would just say that, but they don't.
Order of spodumene may divert to a jointly owned chemical plant but PLL will want something in return if their offtake is making $500 million a year!
That is all I am saying but the Sayona loyalist think there will be zero compensation in the form of increased % ownership, reduced capex paid, paid a margin for their offtake etc.
Believe what you will as will I. It's a long way off anyways

They had their chance at the last AGM to ask if it's voided, cancelled, ceased and burnt but did not ask the direct question, maybe next time!
