Put simply, whatever kind of production, SYA is working her butts off to give few hundreds of millions annually to PLL for the LOM (worth billions). This is the offtake. Without, SYA's valuation would be up by many more billions. Think of the impact on SYA shareholders. The rest of the details does not matter. Dont waste time discussing that.
PLL is not a partner, it's a leech. Financially speaking. IMO.
