Hi All
Please help, what I want to know is this: Given market circumstances, if PLL can re-negotiate and get an increased off-take price from Tesla ,then why can't Sayona seek the same from PLL ? Surely the company's silence and lack of advice in these matters would be starting to create a series of events (ie short selling etc) and physical loss of cash , which could possibly lead to litigation against the company from shareholders claiming loss of value. I look forward to your comments. Thanks in advance.
