The response you got back to me backs up what BL said at the AGM that SYA will honour the PLL deal. BL seems to have moved on from that deal and is now firmly focused on speeding up carbonate production. I think that is his way of dealing with the PLL offtake........put an end to it asap by going downstream. Whether he initially tried to negotiate a new deal with KP or not we will probably never know, but if he did then maybe they came to a verbal agreement that BL agreed to leave it as it is as long as KP didn't try to slow down the transition to carbonate. Like many here, I am not happy with the current standing of the PLL offtake, but I will be happy if carbonate production comes on-line asap. We should all be much wiser as to what is going on and where we are heading in a few months time........hopefully.
