I don’t think he’s downramping , particularly if he says it’s ultimately going to go higher - he’s a little weary from the fluctuations in the SP. I agree that an announcement that changes the public’s view of fundamentals like some drilling results could be effective at pushing the SP higher and shedding the shorters, at least for a while
