I'd say they're using the first 3 months to get a head start. The 85000-115000t for the period July - December is essentially running at nameplate, so any head start from now until July will allow them to account for any rampup issues. If all is going well by July and there is any spare that we could count aside before the OTA begins, I think we should consider that a surprise bonus when it surfaces, rather than factor it in to our forecast and open ourselves (and SP) to risk of disappointment.
I'd say they're using the first 3 months to get a head start....
