No, deliveries (shipments) don't start in Jan 2024 as you stated in that post above, they start in July 2023.

They have made it very clear shipments start from July 2023 so I'm not quite sure what you are talking about here tbh or why you are bringing Canadian fiscal years and what not into it? That is incorrect and not obvious at all, as you've claimed here.

They are aiming to ship 60kt per quarter from July to Dec 2023, with production over that same 6 months expected to be 85kt-115kt. Therefore production from now until July will be used to bulk out the quantity of product to ensure they meet these shipments to customers as NAL ramps through the year to be at full nameplate production of around 226kpta plus by Jan 2024.

All shipments from July 2023 onward will be split evenly to PLL and our other customer/s whoever and however that may be.

Nothing more to it, no ambiguity, no emojis... Just exactly what they've said which corresponds perfectly to what PLL have recently been saying. That's just the facts that have been presented now by both companies and it is very clear.

Great news for the JV and Sayona. Revenue for the JV from July 2023 onward split evenly from both the $900/t and the other as yet announced market priced sales. Now we just have to look forward to finding out who the other customer/s will be and on what terms and method of sale.
