    Doesn't make any sense does it? PLL own 25% of NAL. Carbonate production = more income from NAL than Spod. You'd be an absolute clown to say no to that! Then you add in Canadian Government push for upstream processing. Even if PLL wanted to say no, they'd be shooting themselves in the foot
