It's common sense and fair during the ramp period the produced product is shared equally for this initial 6 months but....
What's been 'confirmed' is that shipments will be 'shared' on a pro rata basis: The latest webinar states that PLL have right to a minimum 113k in any calendar year, so if next year only 180k is produced then 113k goes to PLL and SQ JV receives 67k distributed equally over the shipments.
We are all cheering 226k nameplate asap
This thread kept telling me the carbonate plant will be up by 24/25. It's now been pushed out to 26/7 and words like 'ambition' are used.
I as we all want to see SQ get to 226k nameplate to maximise $$$ for all parties.
I have zero doubt that chemical production will occur via the NAL feedstock, who owns/operates this chemical plant is yet to be decided. One option is a tolling agreement where NAL can feed a plant built and run by a more experienced group, less risk and retain higher margins.
Good luck to us all.
I hope Moblan hits in excess 60MT for you
