How is that ?
If 100% of profits are distributed, then PLL get 25% of it.
If the profits are partially re-invested, then PLL get 25% of what's leftover.
Not sure how someone who owns 25% doesn't get 25% of the profit share (unless they aren't paying their 25% of costs and 'loaning' money from the JV to pay their way - then that money gets paid back first) ?
