The common theme for your points though shiny are none of them are 100% solid.
1. There could be delays
2. They're targeting 60+MT. Haven't seen any results yet.
3. I don't think you can say that about SK
4. Customers, pricing and amounts haven't been announced.
Until there's clarity on these of course there's going to be doubt in the market.
