Agreed. He lost me when he referred to Sayona as a lower Tier lithium player.
As mentioned previously, Sayona has massive retail following. Insto's can play on the emotions of inexperienced mum and dad's and make a killing. Stick with the fundamentals. Evaluate the replacement cost of your assets which are known and can be quantified, and go from there. If you feel the MC is close to your basic asset register valuation, you're pretty safe, unless people are suggesting we need to have a fire sale?
