It quite literally is going away though?
I don't know why your so hung up on getting "compensation" when the off-take deal of a lifetime ceases. Surely you have to accept the 1 sidedness of the deal cant last forever? As we've gotten to in previous discussions, there isn't currently any indication of what will happen when Chemical conversion occurs so we'll just have to see but IMO, Piedmonts '"compensation" is 2-3 years of crazy spod sales margins, after which 25% of JV revenue will be sufficient.
