NAL bid condition precedent incorporated a requirement for a processing plant to be completed within a timeframe (within 10 years, so I think). Why delay the construction when there is that condition precedent on SYAQ? is not building it a significant risk to the venture?Could the value added of the carbonate processing possibly outweigh the benefit of the offtake for PLL (in fact, it might be the case now)? I will attempt the maths sometime soon.
