Yes but the customers on "our side" in relation to the JV directly involve PLL, so they would announce that.
Their customers have nothing to do with SYA (as they are on-selling a product seperate from the JV), so why would we put out an announcement ? It would be no different to us announcing who BHP's latest partner is.
