The good news is that PLL has the funds to pay for their NAL financial commitments.
LG Energy is a great partner to have for both companies.
LG Energy now has a stake in SYA via the ownership of PLL shares.
There is nothing to stop LG or any other Korean EV batterymakers doing an offtake or any other agreement with SYA.
The great thing is LG Batteries in the U.S. will have SYA Li in them.
A big endorsement on the quality of the Li.
Good enough for LiOH production.
