1. I can't understand why partnering with PLL helped us get NAL. What did they bring to the table to seal the deal? They didn't have anything other than plans pre NAL and a Tesla offtake deal. They are not providing us any expertise.
2. Why would you make a fixed price contract for LOM (say 25years) without at some sort of indexation. Did BL think that the cost of production was not going to increase in 25 years. I don't think he's that stupid
To me, it is very obvious that this was always going to be a short term contract.
