I think the board or investor relations need to really start focusing on word usage around the JV and who owns what.
That snippet was from the offtake agreement between SYQ and PLL.

The last annual report says:

NAL has a lithium mine and
concentrator located in Abitibi, near
the established mining district of Val
d'Or, Québec and in proximity to
Sayona's Authier project. The
Company plans to combine ore
produced from Authier with ore
produced at NAL to facilitate a
significant improvement in plant
performance and economics and
transform both operations.

So who owns the project? is it SYAs or SYQ, make your mind up management

The JV agreement is written in Latin.... they need to KISS - keep it simple stupid for us shareholders...

If SYA owns it, it should be stated as such, and that part of the JV agreement is that SYQ will take some feed stock from SYAs asset.
