Apologies to those who hate discussing it, but...The offtake deal isn't 100% clear (it's pretty clear, but not crystal), and we haven't and never will see the full document, but I doubt the PLL guys who come in and state that they have 113kt for LOM, regardless of what happens are correct.
Firstly, we are sharing the first loads of spod so the JV can get income, which technically is different to the off take.

As for what KP says about chemicals, he was specifically talking about their own developments, and being able to supply spod from NAL to them.
That's a bit different to the whole "if both parties jointly agree" thing with the chem plant at NAL, which would take all the spod from the JV.

The positive is that KP also says the JV partner will hopefully have an announcement with regards to an offtake "in the next several weeks". My guess is that it's probably one of the same companies currently partnering with PLL
