when it comes to the legal ownership of things, one should not be blase'.
SYQ does not own Authier as they mis-stated in the OTA.
SYA is the 100% owner with OTA stating feedstock will go to NAL JV from Authier.
If SYA were to hypothetically sell Authier the proceeds I would hope wont be held by the SYQ JV for distribution (25%) to PLL. But rather 100% to SYA and to any shareholders.
Supposedly PLL is helping in negotiations with SYA share of SC6 and offtake expected in next "few weeks" per KP interview.

- Oct - First quarterly with cashflow (September Quarterly)
