no comment regards to have to jointly agree! just that both will require approvals.
Get over it and just let it play out, as the project OPERATOR ( very important) and largest partner SYA has considerable influence on how things proceed at NAL along with the Quebec government...lets get the PFS and DFS behind us first ...both agreed to by PLL..
