Try reading it again. It says Sayona is targeting first production, not necessarily starting.
I wouldnt necessarily expect or worry if we dont go into a TH the second the timer ticks to zero.
Recent Anns gave said in no uncertain terms that they are in track and on budget. So it will happen, but people really need to relax.
