Most saleable goods, yes. But not sc6 which is in very high demand.
The way I see it, Sayona holds all the cards in offtake negotiations.
If I am Sayona, I will be saying to all offtakers: if you want this sc6, be prepared to put down a 25 or 50% deposit ASAP. I would do this as a hedge against something happening at NAL, be it something that breaks down, or there is unanticipated downtime due to sorting issues. The list of risks goes on and on.
