I've been pondering this myself, what would be the effect of diluting PLL holdings? Wouldn't really make any difference in regards to the deal currently in place but would it make it easier to buy them out? I guess it would reduce PLL's ability to scupper any plans that would stuff up their cushy deal. Makes me think there's more to this than meets the eye.
