    I'm thinking they just want to freeze the price. They're presenting the FTS proposal to investors at the mining conference later today, and as the FTS need a specific calculation of the premium paid to derive tax benefits for each investors' situation, it would be handy if the SP wasn't bouncing around while they were trying to do that.
